To register for the Craft Sale: fill out the below form and submit payment of the $50.00 booth fee

Booth Spaces are 10'x10'
(1) 8' table and (2) folding chairs will be provided

** Applications will only be accepted for HANDMADE crafts and art, no mass-produced items! **
** Applications received after deadline will be assigned to open spaces on a 1st come, 1st served basis. **
