Join the Ontario County Arts Council for a whimsical afternoon celebrating creativity and imagination.

Enjoy a parade of fantastical hats, a lively hat skit by the Players of Ontario County Arts, music by The Orleans County String Band, raffle baskets, and a live auction of imaginative hats — along with refreshments.
