Join Rie Maywar and Nanako Horikawa Mandrino for an afternoon exploring the beauty, mindfulness, and harmony of the Japanese Art of Tea, known in English as the Tea Ceremony.
This event features a slide presentation led by Rie, paired with a live tea demonstration by Nanako titled “From Autumn to Winter.” The program will conclude with an open Q&A session.
Rie and Nanako, both born and raised in Japan, have practiced the Art of Tea together for seven years. Together, they invite you to find peacefulness, thoughtfulness, and gratitude in the ritual of tea.
