Note: Auditioning does not require your commitment to the entire season. Your audition directly covers Mean Girls, and you can choose whether or not you'd like to participate in the subsequent winter/spring shows if you are cast.

Audition Requirements & Eligibility

Age: Must be at least 16 years old at the time of auditions. Auditions are open to all interested community actors.

Arrival: Please arrive right at the start of the audition time on your chosen day.

What To Expect/Prepare: The audition will include being taught a short dance combination in a group and reading a short scene with another actor, before moving on to the singing auditon. For this, please prepare no more than one minute (approx. 32 bars) of a song in the style of Mean Girls to sing a cappella.

The Cobblestone Community Players are holding open auditions for their upcoming theatrical season!
While these auditions function primarily to cast our major fall production of Mean Girls The Musical, this is also our only audition window for the upcoming season. Auditioning this August locks in your opportunity to participate in our smaller-scale winter and spring productions with no further auditions required!
