Owner Nick Violas and head chef John Palmeri were honored during a special visit by a small group of students and Shane Fackelman, the Director of Development at Cobblestone Arts Center, in a touching tribute acknowledging their outstanding support throughout the year 2023.

The plaques presented to Nick Violas and John Palmeri symbolize the center's appreciation for their exceptional contributions to the success of the arts day hab programming.

The visit, orchestrated as a surprise by Cobblestone Arts Center, unfolded with heartfelt expressions of thanks from the students who directly benefit from the programs. Director of Development Shane Fackelman commended Nolan's for their continuous dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those involved in the arts day hab initiatives.

Their most recent gesture involved donating all the food for the Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser held in October 2023, which significantly contributed to the success of the event and the fundraising goals of Cobblestone Arts Center.
